Pre Cleaner "c" Series
The Pre-Cleaner model “c” series is developed to separate all the foreign materials like oversize stones in particular the straw and gunny bag threads, etc as quickly as possible along with the loose dust. This machine is equipped with the rotary scalper which is mainly designed to separate the straw and threads well before the grain enters the machine, thus, giving optimum cleaning efficiency to the machine. This machine is mainly used as a first machine in the process line where the impurities levels are high enough like paddy, wheat, corn, soya, etc. The machine is well balanced to ensure smooth function at odd surroundings.
Standard Construction
- With Modular Feeding Module having Scalper along with Feed Roller Inlet for even distribution of the seed / grain in the screen system. Pre-Aspiration, Tail Aspiration and Waste Outlet on the Right – Hand Side or Left Hand Side (When Viewed from feed end)
- Pre-Aspiration with separate expansion chamber and Screw Conveyor
- Tail Aspiration with separate expansion chamber and Screw Conveyor
- With 2 Screen System having 2 Long Grading Screen and 2 Long Sand Screen each
- With Food Grade Rubber Balls Cleaning
- With Built-in Fan / Punkofan
- Separate Motor for Fan, Screen System, Scalper and Screw Conveyor
- With Optional Side Covers
