Pre Cleaner "d" Series
The Pre cleaner Model "d" Series is developed to separate the foreign materials like oversize stones, gunny bag threads, straw, etc at quick as possible along with the loose dust. This machine is highly recommended to use as a first machine in the process line mainly where the impurities levels are high enough like paddy, wheat, corn, soya, etc. This machine is well balanced to ensure smooth functioning at odd surroundings.

- With Feed Roller Inlet for even distribution of the seed/grain in the screen system (‘d’ Series or ‘d-Sr /d-Pr’ Series or Scalper ‘d-S’ series depending on our choice, Pre-Aspiration, Tail Aspiration and Waste Outlet on the Right-hand Side or Left – hand Side (from feed end))
- Pre-Aspiration and Tail Aspiration with Common Expansion chamber
- Screen system with 1 Short Scalper screen (1 pc), 1 Long Grader Screen (2 pc) and 1 Long Sander Screen (2 pc)
- With Food Grade Rubber Balls Cleaning
- With Built-in Fan
- Separate Motor for Fan, Screen System and Scalper / Feed Roller
- Modular Design and Closed Construction
- Provision for sampling when machine is in operation.
