Fine Cleaner "a" Series
The Fine Cleaner Cum Grader Model "a" series is developed to grade the seed / grains to separate oversize product from undersize product along with the loose dust and immature seed / grain. This machine is highly recommended to fine clean the product which is achieved by giving more retention time for the grain / seed on the screen system. This is machine is well balanced to fit both in ground and at elevated positions.
Standard Construction
- With Modular feeding module having Feed Roller inlet for even distribution of the seed / grain in the screen system. Pre-Aspiration, Tail Aspiration and Waste outlet on the Right - Hand side or Left – Hand Side (When viewed from feed end)
- Pre-Aspiration with separate expansion chamber and screw conveyor
- Tail Aspiration with separate expansion chamber and screw conveyor
- Screen System with 2 Long Grading screen (3 Pcs) and 3 Long Sand Screen (3 Pc)
- With Food Grade Rubber Balls Cleaning
- With optional Built – in Fan / Punkofan
- Separator Mode for Fan and Screen System
- With Optional Side Covers
