Fine Cleaner "p" Series
The Fine Cleaner cum Grader Model "p" series is developed to grade the seed / grains to separate oversize product from undersize product along with the loose dust and immature seed / grain. This machine is highly recommended to fine clean the smaller lot product like vegetable seeds, etc. This machine also well balanced to fit both in ground and at elevated positions.
Standard Construction
- With Feed Roller / Electromagnet vibro-feeder with controller (Optional) Inlet for even distribution of the seed/grain in the screen system. The machine is manufactured by keeping the Pre-Aspiration, Tail Aspiration and Waste outlet on the Right-hand Side or Left-hand Side (from feed end)
- Pre-Aspiration and Tail Aspiration with common expansion chamber and screw conveyor
- Screen system with 1 scalper (1 pc), 1 Grader (1 pc) and 1 Sander (1 pc) and Adjustable Screen Slope
- With Food Grade Rubber Balls Cleaning
- With Optional Built-in Fan
- Separate Motor for Fan and Screen System.
