Gravity Separator "m" Series
The Gravity Separator model "m" series is developed to separate light materials from the heavy material, but both are in same size. Hence, it is recommended to use the gravity separators after the size grading to get best results. The gravity consists of rectangular deck and one third of the deck from the feeding end is being designed to separate the seed/grain vertically based on its weight and followed by rest two third of deck with horizontal separation. All the controls are designed for user friendly operation considering varying customer needs.
Standard Construction
- Operated by separate electric motors for eccentric, fan and blender assembly
- Patented self balancing mass drive for the entire system to have smooth running.
- Maintained the fan at same height at all times during the machine adjustment to ensure perfect environment for best separation.
- All operations can be done when the machine is in operation viewing the material movement in the deck
- Optional dust hood mechanism for dust free environment
- Side openings for maintenance without removing the deck
- Left and right hand models available to suit site requirement
- Eccentric drive with VFD and optional VFD for fan drive to optimize the machine performance.
